Valley Caravan Park has approximately 50 caravans for hire. Should you be thinking of a camping holiday, we have the facilities for touring caravans, tents and caravanettes. We take bookings for these pitches and are confident that we can accommodate you whenever you plan to stay with us. HIGH SEASON : SPRING BANK HOLIDAY WEEK AND MID JULY TO EARLY SEPTEMBER.
MID SEASON: EASTER WEEK, 1st MAY BANK HOLIDAY, EARLY JUNE TO MID JULY AND EARLY SEPTEMBER.
LOW SEASON: AFTER EASTER WEEK TO SPRING BANK HOLIDAY AND FROM LATE SEPTEMBER

SPECIAL
Reduced rates for senior citizens in
LOW season, usually a 10% reduction (outside school holidays only).
In addition to our special weekend breaks (from £100.00), we do offer some Friday to Friday bookings or part week breaks. All subject to availability. Price on application.

Please note the bar has a 6 day licence and the gamesroom is also closed on Sundays.
The launderette and showers open seven days.

NON FAMILY GROUPS
(i.e. singles and multiples of couples)
Will usually not be accommodated during HIGH SEASON and only by special arrangement at other periods.
TWO singles may be accepted but again only with prior agreement with the office.

Showers are operated by tokens

All season pitches (1st April to 31st October), when available: up to 18ft £1650.00 over 18ft £1800.00 and includes the cost of one car, electricity and awning. All extras are charged as per the above tariff.

SOME FRIDAY TO FRIDAY OR PART WEEK BOOKINGS (WHEN AVAILABLE) – PRICE ON APPLICATION. NOVEMBER 1ST. TO EASTER: SOME CARAVANS AVAILABLE WITH WINTER SPECIFICATIONS (i.e. DOUBLE GLAZING, EXTRA INSULATION, HEATING TO LOUNGE, BEDROOMS AND TOILET/SHOWER ROOM) ALL CARAVANS HAVE THEIR OWN TOILET, SHOWER, ELECTRICITY, WATER, REFRIGERATOR, COLOUR TELEVISION & MICROWAVE OVEN. SOME LIVING AREAS CONVERT INTO A SMALL DOUBLE BED. ALL CARAVANS HAVE DUVETS AND PILLOWS. YOU WILL NEED COVERS, SHEETS, PILLOWCASES AND TOWELS.
(WE CARRY A SMALL SELECTION OF DUVETS COVERS ETC. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ANY. A SMALL LAUNDERING CHARGE APPLIES).
A CHARGE OF 3% WILL BE ADDED FOR PAYMENTS MADE BY CREDIT CARD.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

• Non Family Groups (i.e. singles or multiples of couples) will usually not be accommodated during High Season (i.e. Spring Bank Holiday and early July & August); other periods only be special arrangement. Two persons may be accepted but again only with prior agreement with the office.
• All Drivers / Riders: Do not exceed the speed limit which is equivalent to walking pace.
• Please Note: DOGS ARE NOT ALLOWED on the Valley Caravan Park (except guide dogs)
• Any excess noise is not appreciated, especially after 11.30pm.
• Number of persons not to exceed number of berths.
• Caravans to be vacated on the day of departure by 10.00am, arrivals may collect the key at the office from 2.00pm approx. (or earlier if available after being cleaned and serviced).
• Caravans to be left clean & tidy.
• A deposit of £75.00 is required for each week, and the balance to be paid in full 14 days prior to your holiday, if balance is not received we will presume your holiday booking is no longer required and we will re-let.
• All deposits are non-returnable.
• The balance to be paid on cancelled holidays we are unable to re-let.
• Caravans will be re-let if not taken within 24 hours of arrival date unless notified.
  
  
• For Touring Caravans and Camping Pitches: Reservations available. A £50.00 deposit is required which includes a £5.00 booking fee this is non-deductable or refundable and the pitch to be paid in full 14 days prior to your arrival date. If balance is not received we will presume your holiday booking is no longer required and we will re-let. Camping pitches will be re-let if not taken within 24 hours of arrival date unless notified.
• Please note: Reservations will be held for a maximum of seven days without a deposit. A charge of 3% will be added for Credit Card payments.

PLEASE NOTE:

Groups or singles aren't taken during high season, families only.

Parents with teenage children are reminded that they must be properly supervised especially at night which includes meeting at the site entrance and escorting them to your accommodation if they have been out socialising after 11pm.

With the exception of Guide Dogs, we don't allow dogs on our site.

Any payments made by credit card will incur an extra 3% due to increased costs, debit cards are still taken without this surcharge.
