Rosevarlock, a large six bedroom house situated 100yds from the beach in the village of Polzeath, sleeping a total of twelve people and only let to Families.

There are five bedrooms upstairs including two double, two bunk rooms and one twin bedroom, there is also a double bedroom downstairs.  Four of the bedrooms have a sink and all have electric heating.

The toilet is separate from the bathroom upstairs and a shower/toilet room is also situated downstairs off the main lounge.

The large main lounge has a TV and DVD player and is heated by a night storage heater and a wood burner. There is also a separate small TV lounge with TV, DVD and Video.

A large kitchen/diner is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave etc. and an airing cupboard where a high chair and cot is stored.

Outside is a large patio area with BBQ and seating, there is also a large lawn area and parking for several cars.

Bedding and towels are provided but you’ll need to bring your own beach towels
(and also your own cot linen, if required).

Electric is charged extra; the meter will be read on arrival and again on departure.

We don’t accept pets.
